Skill leads local Tibetans to get rich

Jialv is a villager of Baidoi Village, Baidoi Town, Sangri County, Lhoka City, Tibet Autonomous Region. With mechanical maintenance skill, he gradually gets rich. In 2014, he came back to this small village, which only has 63 households, and begun to lead the local people to get rid of poverty. He receives more than 20 apprentices and teaches skill to them. In addition, he runs a farmers' professional cooperative, operating in the field of concrete brick processing, construction project, walnut planting, cow breeding and so on. With joint efforts of cooperative members and under the leadership of Jialv, the annual net income of this cooperative can reach 200000 yuan.
