In Lhaze Town's Lhaze Village, 150 kilometers away from southwest Shigatse City, Pudawa, a representative inheritor of Lhaze Tibetan knife craftsmanship, lives here. Pudawa is the sixth generation inheritor and this family craft has been passed down for more than 100 years. Tibetan knives made by Pudawa are all handcrafted. In 2008, the Tibetan metal forging craft (Tibetan knife forging craft) of Lhaze County, Shigatse City, Tibet Autonomous Region was listed in the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage list, and Pudawa is one of the inheritors of this craft.
