Lhasa Railway Station witnesses travel peak on Dec.20

With the Spring Festival approaching, a rising number of migrant workers and students head for their hometown before the holiday. It is expected that Lhasa Railway Station will see the travel rush on December 20. Recently, Lhasa Railway Station has already sent off over 4,000 travelers. About 2,700 travelers have arrived at the railway station. According to the Lhasa Railway Station, train tickets from Lhasa heading for Chengdu, Chongqing, Beijing and Shanghai are tight.

The Spring Festival travel rush of 2017 will last from January 13 to February 21. At the moment, Lhasa Railway Station prepares for the coming Spring Festival travel rush. There are three designated ticketing offices in Lhasa, capital of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region.
