Biru County pays attention to education

In recnet years, Biru County of Nagqu City, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, has constantly improved the teaching faculty and infrastructure, thus the education quality has been significantly improved.

"We must make efforts to improve the quality of teaching, pay attention to education management, and create a good learning environment, so as to inject strong vitality into the leapfrog improvement of education quality," says Chen Gang, member of the Standing Committee of Nagqu Municipal Committee, and secretary of Biru County Committee.

Since 2019, main leaders of Biru County have visited all the schools in the county, focusing on the implementation of preschool enrollment, student enrollment rate, teaching quality improvement, campus culture construction, promotion of interest classes, and learning of skills and specialties. "Up to now, the renovation and expansion of eight township primary schools in our county are nearing completion, school projects in four counties have been basically completed, and five village-level kindergartens are undergoing rectification," says Chen Gang.

Next, Biru County will firmly implement the Party's education policy, adhere to the requirements of cultivating talents, earnestly strengthen campus security, improve teaching quality, pay attention to the construction of teaching staff, promote the balanced development of compulsory education, and create new achievements in education.
